The xHuman Approach
We design and build digital products through a systematic, iterative process enhanced by AI-powered tools at every stage of development. This methodology enables rapid prototyping, consistent milestone delivery, and continuous client collaboration, replacing traditional agency timelines with accelerated, transparent workflows.
Our approach integrates strategic thinking with execution efficiency: clients receive wireframes within days, functional prototypes within weeks, and market-ready products within months.
Discovery
The Discovery phase is the first step in creating the solution. Our team members will meet with the client's key people to understand the problem and explore possible solutions. If possible, we test these ideas with real users before choosing the best one.
At the end of this phase, we create a project initiation document that clearly defines the goals, target audience, requirements, business opportunities, and features. This document guides the account manager and designer in making the design brief, project scope, timeline, and budget.
2. Design
We begin by collaborating closely with client stakeholders to define target audiences through detailed personas, to help understand user needs and identify end users for feedback. Through comprehensive user task analysis, we examine users' goals, existing tools, mental models, challenges, and improvement opportunities. By leveraging AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and P30 we enhance design quality and accelerate insights from user feedback and behavioral observation.
Our prototyping approach ranges from low-fidelity paper sketches to fully interactive systems built with tools like Figma, Lovable, and Replit. Each prototype is tested with real users, typically five participants per target profile, which uncovers potential usability issues. We iterate through repeated cycles of testing, analysis, and redesign, refining the system until critical problems are resolved and the product is ready for development. This rapid iteration ensures prototypes accurately reflect user requirements while maintaining development momentum.
3. Development
We follow the Lean Agile Development process for implementing the solution evolved out of our design phase. Every 1-2 weeks we deliver a pre-release to the client for testing and we jointly assess our progress towards the success criteria. If possible we also involve end-users at every stage of the development process.
The development phase encompasses thorough quality assurance processes along with comprehensive security testing measures to guarantee that the applications remain consistently stable, highly reliable, exceptionally fast in performance, and well-protected against any potential threats or vulnerabilities.
4. Data
We ensure that data collection, analytics, and the use of data play a key part of every project from start to finish. We collect the data we need and use it to make informed decisions that continuously improve the customer experience. Our team dedicates significant effort to integrating advanced large language models (LLMs) and AI tools into our workflows.
Over the past five years, we have gained extensive experience working with leading machine learning platforms, including Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, AWS ML, Anthropic Claude, and OpenAI. This expertise enables us to carefully evaluate and select the most appropriate AI technologies tailored to the specific needs and goals of each project, ensuring optimal performance and innovation. Through this holistic approach, combining data-driven insights, user-centric testing, and cutting-edge AI integration, we deliver solutions that are both effective and adaptable to evolving requirements.
5. Deploy
At xHuman Labs, we deploy applications on scalable infrastructure to ensure growth and reliability. We provide regular test versions for clients to evaluate features, showcase to stakeholders, and gather feedback. Transparency and collaboration are central to our deployment process.
We deliver admin backends that let clients independently manage and update their apps without developer help. This enables timely changes, boosting efficiency. Our services cover websites, mobile apps, and PWAs, providing tailored, scalable solutions optimized for performance and seamless user experience across platforms.
